Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. To be eligible, you must request a return within a specified number of days after receiving your order (typically 7–14 days, depending on your policy). Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as customized or made-to-order products, clearance items, or gift cards. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
